Blind Offers – What Are They, and Why you Should AVOID Them! – in this video we talk about blind offers. First we explain what a blind offer is, and why you, as a buyer, should NEVER make a blind offer. For many prospective investors, the blind offer seems attractive as it affords the buyer an opportunity to ONLY look at properties in which they already have an accepted offer. The implicit assumption here of course being that if the blind offer is accepted, the buyer will immediately race over to the property in order to determine if he or she wishes to continue with the transaction. This is a GOOD way to develop a bad reputation in the real estate community in a FAST way. Don’t be that guy – lay eyes on what you’re considering to purchase.
