My name is Jonathan Zuckerman, and I’d like to be your preferred REO BROKER for all your real estate needs in the southern CA area. I am the managing broker and founder of Z Real Estate, NRBA Master Broker for the state of CA (currently 1 of 3,) and have personally overseen the disposition and sale of over $100,000,000 in real estate, just in the past 5 years alone! We have 3 offices in southern CA, and have just recently opened a property management company as well. The truth is that our expertise and disciplines are more geared towards representing sellers and investors. As I’m sure you’re probably solicited daily for REO listings, I’d like to take a moment to explain what sets myself and my company apart from all others. As brokerages nationwide close shop and/or gear-down their spending in order to weather the anticipated real estate storm ahead, here at Z Real Estate we are taking out full page ads in the newspaper and spending more than ever! I believe that it takes money to make money, and am not afraid of spending it! Moreover, I am prepared to go “above and beyond” in order to sell your REO listings by way of advertising and comprehensive marketing.

As it stands currently, we are spending over $2,200 per week on newspaper ads alone, not to mention realtor magazines and a host of syndicated public listing websites, where we also advertise consistently. We have three separate offices strategically located in prime REO areas. Our San Dimas office represent the Inland Empire where our dominance is well-known. We had over $4,700,000 in sales just last month alone, and despite current market conditions, we’re expanding! Our office in Victorville represents the high desert, where even there, we had nearly $2,000,000 in sales last month! Our third office is in Van Nuys which represents the Los Angeles County area! Why do I mention these things? I think it’s vital to paint a picture of who we are, and more importantly, what we’re capable of.

You see unfortunately, gone are the days when listing agents can merely put a listing on the multiple and wait for it to sell. Aside from aggressive pricing, which is crucial in this market, listings agents really need to take a proactive role in the marketing of their listings as opposed to simply relying on the already flooded inventory of the MLS coupled with a “for sale” sign. This is the reason why many REO listings sit stagnant, despite competitive pricing. If the buyers don’t know the house is for sale, the list price becomes inconsequential. I believe in advertising. I believe in open-houses, and most importantly, I believe in helping people.

My goal will be to market every REO listing as if it were my own house. If There’s one thing about me you should know it’s this: I’m not afraid of work. I’ve been an account executive for a wholesale mortgage company, a retail loan officer, a million dollar producer, and most recently, a $100,000,000 producing real estate broker. I love this business, and have a profound understanding of it, particularly in this market (REO) which is my primary focus. I served as captain of my speech and debate team in college and am an expert negotiator. All I ask is for the opportunity to earn your business, and to show you what my team and I are truly capable of.
